Welcome to www.aquamarin.com.sg . AquaMarin provides the content and services available on the Site to you subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms & Conditions which include our Privacy Policy .

1. Application of terms and conditions of sale

By completing the product purchase order form and clicking on the “Submit” button and submitting an order via AquaMarin's on-line system, customer represents and warrants that customer has the requisite legal capacity, authorization and consent (under the relevant laws in the relevant jurisdiction) to contract with AquaMarin and agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

The Terms and Conditions represent the complete and existing contract between customer and AquaMarin in relation to a purchase of any of the products. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by AquaMarin shall be subject to amendment without any liability on the part of AquaMarin. Customers below the age of 16 are to seek parental consent prior to making any online purchases.

2. Product warranty

All warranty conditions are stated in the product information provided, unless the manufacturer has provided none. AquaMarin shall pass on any product warranty offered by manufacturer of the products to customer. However, as AquaMarin does not manufacture the products itself, AquaMarin shall neither responsible for any faults or defects of the products nor shall it be liable for any claims for loss, harm or damage by the customer or any end-consumer or any third party arising out of or in connection with the products.

3. Terms of payment

We accept only Amex, Visa card, MasterCard, PayPal and banking transfer payments. International customers should note that all prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars, so the bank that owns your credit card must support payment in this manner. You’ll be charged according to the prevailing exchange rate on the day that your bank posts the transaction. All prices quote are exclusive of delivery charges, taxes/levies and other fees, unless otherwise stated.

AquaMarin does not charge any customs duties on International shipments, however we cannot guarantee that customs charges will not be applicable to your package when it reaches your country. We are required by law to declare the contents of international packages and to state the full value of the shipment, even if the package contains a gift. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office or post office for further information.

4. Delivery service

Delivery is free for goods purchased above S$300.00 and delivered within Singapore. Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates. For SpeedPost Worldwide (Express Air)/SpeedPost Air Parcel (Normal Air) rate , please check www.speedpost.com.sg .

AquaMarin shall be obliged to deliver the products to the customer only upon AquaMarin confirmation of customer’s order and receipt of due payment or satisfactory evidence of due payment from customer. Delivery of the products shall be made in accordance with the trade terms agreed at such place, date or time as AquaMarin may notify the customer by email or fax or phone. Upon delivering the order, the person who receives the goods will be required to sign on the invoice and indicate his/her name and NRIC/Passport number. If the person who receives the goods is not the credit card holder or registered customer, it is preferable that he/she produces a copy of the customer’s NRIC/Passport so as to protect the interest of the customer.

If you are not in office or home to accept the package, AquaMarin will do a surcharge for the next delivery attempts. A delivery charge of $40.00 will be imposed to customer for the next delivery upon request and delivered within Singapore.

5. Order acceptance

We will send and electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. We cannot guarantee that every title offered for sale online would actually be shipped right away as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In a rare case, a title may be in stock when you place your order and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, for any title which you place an online order and is found to be sold out at the time of processing, we will inform you by email & remove off the title from your order.

6. Order cancellation policy

There shall be no cancellation of or changes to customer’s order (upon submission of customer’s order and/or acceptance of customer’s order by AquaMarin) without AquaMarin's written consent to the same. Customer undertake to indemnify AquaMarin for any loss, damage, cost or expense (including but not limited to cancellation fees, warehousing/storage expenses and shipping/handling expenses) suffered or incurred by AquaMarin as a result of such cancellation of or changes to customer’s order. Customer hereby acknowledges that AquaMarin shall incur such loss, damage, cost or expense in the event of any cancellation of and/or changes to customer’s order. Customer shall (without prejudice to any right or remedy available to AquaMarin under the Terms and Conditions or general law) reimburse AquaMarin such loss, damage, cost or expense on first demand by AquaMarin. AquaMarin further reserves the right to suspend the performance or any of its obligations under the Terms and Conditions until Customer indemnifies AquaMarin accordingly. However, you cancel an order if there is strong, valid reason. Please note the following cancelation charges:

  • A cancellation charge of 20% of the order will be imposed for all cancellation made within 48 hours upon ordering.
  • A cancellation charge of 50% of the order will be imposed for all cancellation made after 48 hours upon ordering.

7. Return & Refund Policy

In the event that the products or parts of the products are damaged, defective or faulty (through no fault of customer), AquaMarin shall, at its discretion:

  • Replace or refund the same products / part(s) due to manufacturer's fault PROVIDED THAT:
  • Customer notifies AquaMarin their intention to return the products within 3 days of the delivery or deemed delivery of the products to customer; and
  • Customer returns the products or part(s) thereof to AquaMarin in their original packing to such collection point designated by AquaMarin; and must be accompanied with the sales invoice with the date of purchase and a brief description of the fault of the product(s).
  • AquaMarin agrees to such return of the products or part(s) thereof by customer.
  • Customer shall bear all delivery charges in relation to the return of the Products or part(s) thereof to the collection point designated by AquaMarin.
  • You acknowledge and accept that all returned Products will be subject to an examination by Aquamarin, its merchant, manufacturer or supplier. Aquamarin reserves the right to refuse to replace or issue the refund for the returned Products in the following situations, including without limitation:
    (a) Change of Products without any specific reason;
    (b) Products with missing merchandise serial number or product code;
    (c) Non-faulty Products;
    (d) Promotional items.
    Local Return Policy Return of products will be arranged with AquaMarin. Overseas Return Policy Customer has to return the said faulty product(s) and bear the return freight charges. Upon receipt of the faulty product(s), AquaMarin will send the replacement product(s) via mail. Normal delivery lead time applies.
Provided that:
  • Customer notifies AquaMarin their intention to return the products within 3 days of the delivery or deemed delivery of the products to customer; and
  • Customer returns the products or part(s) thereof to AquaMarin in their original packing to such collection point designated by AquaMarin; and must be accompanied with the sales invoice with the date of purchase and a brief description of the fault of the product(s).
  • AquaMarin agrees to such return of the products or part(s) thereof by customer.
  • Customer shall bear all delivery charges in relation to the return of the Products or part(s) thereof to the collection point designated by AquaMarin.

All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Local Return Policy

Return of products will be arranged with AquaMarin.

Overseas Return Policy

Customer has to return the said faulty product(s) and bear the return freight charges. Upon receipt of the faulty product(s), AquaMarin will send the replacement product(s) via mail. Normal delivery lead time applies.

8. Exchange policy

Once a product has been sold, it cannot be exchanged except for the following:

  • Products received are different from what is stated on the invoice; i.e. wrong goods are delivered. Product is found to be faulty.
  • If the product(s) received is wrong or faulty, there will be a one-to-one exchange for the same product. To exchange a product, please contact us within 3 days upon receiving the goods.

Local Exchange Policy

Exchange of product(s) will be arranged at AquaMarin.

Overseas Exchange Policy

Customer has to scan/picture the said product(s) and email to AquaMarin for verification. AquaMarin will send the replacement product(s) via mail upon approval. Normal delivery lead time applies.

All products to be exchanged have to be returned to us in their original packaging & must be accompanied with the sales invoice with the date of purchase and a brief description of the fault of the product(s).

9. Late delivery, non-delivery, partial delivery

Anytime period indicated at the Website as to the delivery period of the products are estimates only. AquaMarin shall undertake all reasonable efforts to ensure that the products are delivered to customer within the relevant period(s) specified at the website, or as agreed between AquaMarin and customer. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, AquaMarin is unable to guarantee there shall be no late delivery or non-delivery of the products and AquaMarin makes no representations or warranties that the products will be delivered within such period(s). Customer hereby agrees that AquaMarin shall not liable for any loss, damage, and cost or expense suffered or incurred by customer as a result of such late delivery or non-delivery.

10. Characteristics of products

AquaMarin has tried its best to ensure that the images of the products materially resemble the products delivered to the customer. These images are provided to AquaMarin by the suppliers/manufacturers of the products or other third parties. Due to differences in monitors, the colour seen on screen may not be exact colour of the product. Accordingly and due to limitations beyond AquaMarin's control, AquaMarin is not responsible or liable for any differences or non-conformity of the products delivered to the customer as compared to the images of the products displayed in the Website.

11. Ownership of intellectual property, rights

All intellectual property rights existing in or in relation to the website and/or contents (including but not limited to any text, picture, image, sound, graphics, video and other data), the products and/or any information, images or drawings supplied with the products belong to AquaMarin and/or the supplier/manufacturer of the products (where applicable). Nothing herein shall or shall be deemed to pass any such intellectual property right to customer.AquaMarin makes no representations or warranties of any kind (whether express or implied) as to the intellectual property rights in relation to the products and/or any information images or drawings supplied with the products.

Customer undertakes not to use or download any material from the website and/or its contents (including but not limited to any text, picture, image, sound, graphics, video and other data) without the first obtaining prior consent or a license to do so from AquaMarin.

12. Law and regulations

By transmitting an order via the website, the customer agrees that Singapore Law shall govern the Terms and Conditions and any contract or legal relationship formed on the basis of the order.

R Returns and Exchange
D Delivery

Exchange/return of goods* is allowed on a case-by-case basis up to 7 days from the date order is received, provided the items are in the original condition.

  1. All items should be in original condition, unopened.
  2. To maintain good hygiene, collars, beds, cages, and all other wearable are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
  3. A $15 delivery fee will be imposed on each exchange and return. Once the item(s) is returned back to our warehouse, our team will inspect the condition of the item(s) and contact you to issue a refund within 5 working days, if approved.
  4. [CLEARANCE] is not eligible for refund/exchange.

Exchanging/Refunding of Items:

  1. We can pick up the items & bring it back to our warehouse - service fee $15
  2. We will deliverthe exchange items when you make a new order. (The new order needs to be made within 1- 2 weeks from the date of the previous delivery)
  3. You can drop off the item at our Store at - Block 151 Serangoon North Ave 2 unit 01-79 (S) 550151 (Mondays - Fridays; 10am - 6pm) *WhatsApp 9450 0947 for approval before coming to the store.
  4. Our team will inspect the condition of the item(s) & contact you thereafter regarding exchange or a refund. Refunds would be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.

How long does Petmart Online take to deliver after I’ve placed my order?

  • Our delivery will take 3 to 5 working days. We will deliver from Monday to Friday from 10am to 10pm.
  • Orders that require exchange may take an extra 1-2 days to deliver.

Delivery

  • Delivery is free above $100 net spent, Below $100 there will he a $15 delivery fee.

Can I opt for self-collection?

  • No!
    As our goods come direct from our warehouse, we are not able to allow self pickup. *Do give us a call or WhatsApp 9450 0947 and we will try to help you with you orders.

  • Driver only able to leave outside your door steps. Due to Covid and Safety of our staff.
